5 Signal Theory

NOTE: WE DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND MACA OR AGAVE NECTAR AS PART OF THE SYMBIOTIC DIET.

 

Five signal GREEN FUDGE (We put greens, instead of cacao powder)
1 Coconut oil 16 oz (sample our 3 different grades for flavor and mouthfeel qualities)
2 Chlorella 4 tablespoons (some are more mineral rich and have different tastes)
3 Wild Honey (we do not use farm raised agave nor farm raised honey) 12 oz
4 Goji berries 8 oz soaked for 2 hours
5 Maca root 2 teaspoons (transitional, not something I always use)
6 Crystal salt (diamond quality, no pink or coloring) salt 1 teaspoon
7 Alkaline water (pH depends on ecology) 4 oz
8 Hemp seeds  4 oz
 
Directions
Put all ingredients in the ICB7 blender and blend until smooth
Place plastic wrap on bottom of a small flat pan or bowl to keep the mixture from freezing to the
Pour ingredients into a small flat pan so the mixture is evenly dispersed through out
Place the mixture in the freezer and let it harden for around 7 minutes, then take out and store in refridgerator.

5 signals smoothie recipes

The Berry Seed Smoothie
1 Apple, stem removed cut in half
1 pint of strawberries organic
2 pints of Organic raspberries
1 pint of blueberries
4 tablespoons of raspberry seeds (I grind 1/2 bottle and freeze instead of buying them already ground)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil (mouthfeel may vary depending on grade)
16 oz of alkalized water
1/2 teaspoon of clear, crystal salt (not pink)

Blend all ingredients on smoothie button with the 20 amp and serve.

The Superfood symbiotic smoothie
 
1 1/2 cups of goji berries soaked for 1 hour
1/2 a pomegranate seeds and white rind
1 cup of hempseeds
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 heaping Tablespoons of Chlorella
4 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
4 to 5 Tablespoons of symbiotic truly raw agave or wild honey
1 teaspoon of clear crystal salt
4 tablespoons of symbiotic green powder with aerobic bacteria
16 oz of alkaline water (alkalinity may depend on ecology)

California dreaming Symbiotic smoothie
1 whole organic California apple
1 whole organic avocado with pit
1 whole cucumber with skin
1/2 a pear with seeds and all
2 tablespoons of soaked blond flax seed
16 oz of alkalized water
1/2 teaspoon of symbiotic salt (see 5 signals page for info on the salt I use)
Blend til micronized

 With the simple understanding that nutrients are absorbed into the villas lining of the intestines we understand how we could easily become malabsorbant and unhealthy. Fist, many people eas socially; people communicate the while eating. talk while chewing which in turn causes us to forget about an extremely important element of health, which is chewing. We sometimes will chew our food 4 to 5 times and then swallow it right down to get the next sentance out. When you couple not chewing properly with enzyme and mineral deficiency, cooked food, and an intestinal lining that is just caked with gluten, pathogens, and mucus, you have a recipe for total malabsorbtion and malassimilation.

In the Symbiotic Lifestyle we concentrate on balancing your ecology and healing the intestinal villa through mineral rich foods and also through the use of blended superfood smoothies. We have found that the 20 amp blender breaks down the cell walls of the food particles so fine to the smallest possible state of micronization that it makes the nutritional carrier system much more potent and bio-available than simply biting and chewing your food. Two important points I would like to make is that you should always expect your blender to break down all the food particles of a blend especially the seeds of berries without ever having to get the blend hot due to blending several cycles in a lesser powerful blender. The only blender we've been able to find that will completely micronize all the ingredients in a 78 ounce blend in one cycle without over heating is the blendtec 20 amp ICB-7. The second point I must make is that just because you are drinking a fully micronized smoothie that does not mean you should just drink it down without letting it even touch your tongue. You should take at most 2 ounce mouthfuls and let it hit your tongue and register to your brain and digestive system what you are sending down. The smoothie being held in the mouth using a light chewing like motion activates the salivia glands and prepares important digestive juices and enzymes in the stomach.

With the 20 amp smoothies we begin to strengthen our cells in the intestines and begin to absorb minerals and nutrients in a way that we might not have ever experienced even more so than when we were a child with our peak ecology. A blending conoussiur appreciates different mouthfeels in a smoothie. Some connousiers might like a creamy, airy texture with air bubbles and some might want a more dense texture. The lack, size, or amount of the air that is in the smoothie can make a huge difference in my sensory experience of a smoothie.

 

The smell might enhance the sensation of the smoothie. Many smoothies will taste great but can smell horribly, such as

adding certain superfoods. Some smoothies might taste great and smell good but after they are digested it may have an unpleasant

lingering smell on your breath and this is also dependant on my body ecology. Many people start the symbiotic lifestyle and want to buy all the raw foods, such as hemp seeds, maca, goji berries, coconut oil, complex green super foods and want to throw it all in there at once. I have made these smoothies in the past and now I realize that they were designed with the ingredients that "certain" manufacturers created in order to get me to promote and sell their foods. There are recipes on the 5 signal smoothies page but those recipes are based on my current ecology at the time. The goal is to eat simple and NOT add a lot of ingredients in a smoothie. Remember the rules of food combining.. DON'T MIX FATS WITH SUGAR...DON'T MIX PROTIEN WITH CERTAIN CARBOHYDRATES.

 

With a compromised body ecology one must be very careful of following a recipe that was not designed for them personally. The only way to find this recipe is to follow your own intuition with an increasingly, enhanced body ecology. Just like perfume stores use coffee beens to help people pick out the best perfume or cologne, I have also found benefit in using pure, distilled water to wash my palate so I can calibrate my senses when trying to find the foods that I want to eat in the future or to see if I really like the foods that I am putting in my blender.

 

For example, I noticed when I ate cheaper vanilla beans that when I calibrated my taste buds with a mouthful of zero TDS I found that I didn't like them as much. When I tried more floral, fresher vanilla beans I didn't really notice the difference when I did not have as much sensory awareness. Of course, many vanilla bean dealers said their beans were the best and now, with a tongue that does not have taste buds that are coated with white yeast and anaerobic bacteria, I can taste the suttle differences in the foods that I eat.

 

Now that I don' have the "white tongue" I can put the ingredients that my body tells me that it likes in my smoothies. I don't just want to put inferior maca or cheap, low brix fruits in my smoothies now. I can now taste the differences in mineral content and all the distinct flavor characteristics that are in the foods that I put in my smoothies. Before, I just bought organic goji berries and use them just because I was searching for organic goji berries at the best price. Sure, they were organic and still had a high mineral content but didn't have the flavor nuances that I now appreciate.

 

I also use the highest TDS water I can find that has slight alkalinity in my smoothies. If I cannot find naturally structured water that meet my demands I will structure it myself either with an ionizer or prill it with distilled water. Also, the ice that people use from their freezers that they put in their smoothies is something people are not aware of that might counteract the benefits of the smoothie. Almost everyone that I talk overlooked this issue. They put their acidic ice in their smoothies and now realize this concern.

 

Also, I would never drink a smoothie if it tasted like a green, slimy swamp or licking a lawnmower after cutting grass.

At first, with a bad ecology, all green drinks tasted like this. That was a sign tellling me not to drink it. I listened and

did not drink wheatgrass shots like I see people in the smoothie bar holding their noses while they drink it. If my ecology

is not ready for it then I work my way back to nature and let my body tell me when I am ready for it.
