Friendly bacteria cannot grow and thrive in the small intestines when the balance of anaerobic (unhealthy) to aerobic (healthy) bacteria is 65 % to 35 %, or worse. Most people's intestinal lining is plaqued up with fungus and mucus from mucus and yeast forming foods, undigested meats, and food particles trapped in the plaque in the rivets of the small intestines. In this environment friendly bacteria (aerobic bacteria) cannot colonize and grow into a 85% dictatorship. What we are focused on is cleansing all of the waste and fungal toxicity that has developed throughout the length of the intestines through use of a very special strain of organism along with supporting salts, structured water, wild sugars, plant based healing proteins, and plant based very cleansing and healing fats thus allowing the special strains of friendly bacteria to colonize and grow. Once the intestinal lining becomes cleansed of it's mucus, fungal plaque, and micro toxins the cells become very oxygenated, the nerves in the intestinal lining awaken and the villious lining in the intestines start to become capable of absorbing all of the micro nutrients from the super food smoothies we recommend as part of the protocol. Once we have completely cleansed and rejuvenated the villious lining in the intestines and have built the ratio of friendly aerobic bacteria to unfriendly anaerobic bacteria to 85 % to 15 % then we have built 3 to 5 pounds of friendly intestinal bacteria. Once this is accomplished the nerve endings in the intestines become alive and we can absorb all of your nutrients properly into our bloodstream.
 

At first the experience can be a little overwhelming for people. Imagine this, what if your foot was asleep for 20 years or more and then one day it just came back to life. That would be quite an astonishing feeling. Now think about the entire length of the intestines coming alive and the nerve endings awaken because of the increased oxygen and blood flow to them. Most people who have been on some sort of medication and who have eaten the standard American diet for more than 20 years are using only about 15 % of their intestinal nerve force thus making the process of elimination very difficult for most. The average American who has a 65% ratio or more of anaerobic bacteria has only about 1/4 the amount of friendly bacteria needed for a balanced ecology making the problem of IBS and constipation a common issue.

When waste is not moving through the intestines properly and the intestinal lining cannot absorb nutrients then toxicity starts to build up in the colon, small intestines, and bloodstream. Once toxins are present in the bloodstream they are being distributed to all the other parts of the body blood goes...which is everywhere! Once this occurs you have the stage set for every allergy, disease, and sickness known to mankind. We will never see the day when animals ecologies are so bad and they are so sick that they need a supplement isle and a health food store. Health food stores and other crisis management organizations do not want people to understand how to heal their ecology and health. If people did know how to balance their ecology then there would be no need for the biggest money maker in the alternative healing industry.... the supplements!!!

 

Many people seek the advice of others who have not achieved the results that they want. Most people ask their friends for advice who themselves have failed. Friendly, free advice can be dangerous. If I was in a crisis from abusing my own body I would never ask a friend for advice who doesn't even have the technique to handle his or her own problems. Most people that do not know what it feels like to have the 3 to 5 lbs of bacteria will never know the ectasy, the abundant satisfaction of living live on full throttle.  

 

This last statement is not just a personal opinion. I have actually tried to teach and offer health food stores and colon hydrotherapists, and many other health professionals what can heal people but once they realize it will put and end to their customer base they all of the sudden want to get off the phone or just want to buy from me and part ways. We know that juicing is a big cause for a poor ecology and although our customers thank us for letting people know the juicer manufacturers are making demands for us to take off this information). Bacteria Management
 
The foundation of perfect health is the balance of intestinal bacteria in the digestive tract. Bacteria management is critical for anyone who is interested in improving or regaining their health. Any health protocol that does not begin with the nurturing of the aerobic bacteria in the gut is doomed for failure. Everything can appear okay in my body but if the ideal ratio between the good bacteria (aerobic) and the bad bacteria (anaerobic) is off, I AM SICK! And it is just a matter of time before symptoms will surface throughout my body starting at my weakest points. The seriousness of controlling the balance of power in my gut cannot be over emphasized. My health and even my life is determined by the bacteria in my intestinal tract. The bad bacteria can overtake my system and keep it from absorbing nutrients from the food I eat and you can become mal-nourished while eating plenty of food. 
 
To find the facts about intestinal flora we have to look at real science not medical science which for the most part is about disease care and not health care. Medical science does not concern itself with preventive measures for health. Their focus is on prescribing drugs and surgeries to try and fix people after they get sick from abusing their bodies year after year.
 
There are 500 different species of bacteria that live inside me with a total of 100 trillion bacteria. The human body only has about 10 trillion cells. The ideal balance is an 85% / 15% ratio of good to bad bacteria. My ratio determines whether I am healthy or sick. Most people have just the opposite of what they should have which is why degenerative health concerns are increasing in America at an alarming rate. There are no cures for these concerns outside of balancing the intestinal bacteria.  At best, drugs will only hide the symptoms leaving behind the root cause of the symptom in the first place – a proliferation of anaerobic bacteria.
 
The good bacteria is aerobic (oxygen loving) while the bad bacteria is anaerobic (oxygen hating). Good bacteria limits the growth of the bad bacteria so if I don’t have a high enough ratio of the good bacteria, my bad bacteria will flourish and overtake the good aerobic bacteria. 
 
The question arises - Where do we get the good bacteria? 
 
Our ancestors got a lot of the good bacteria from the food they ate. Their food was grown organically without pesticides and they ate a lot of it whole, fresh and raw. Today, most of the food eaten is bacteria free thanks to all the pesticides and herbicides that are used in food production.
 
The foundation of the Symbiotic Lifestyle is the building of the 3 to 5 pounds of intestinal bacteria in the correct ratio. It takes a calm, deliberate, and patient protocol to reverse the course that most people are on. The correct balance is attainable and those of us who have done it and are now living symbiotically are living proof that it can be done and maybe more importantly – that it needs to be done. More so now than ever before, we as a society need to look at how far away from real health we are. We are no longer eating food – we are eating merchandise. We are looking to toxic synthetic chemicals for our health solutions instead of the whole raw organic foods that our bodies were designed to run on.  It makes sense that if we are not getting the correct fuel we need – our bodies will break down.
 
Allow us to guide the body as it is being drawn to a balanced body ecology with all of its benefits. Our mind may ask, “Is true health really this simple?”  We say, “Yes it is!” This is the foundational step to take to regain perfect health.
