farming store. Pasteurized almonds are missing essential enzymes that have been damaged 

by extremely high heat based on our research.

CAUTION: Pasteurized almonds are allowed to e labeled as "raw" by the USDA!

Mandatory pasteurization and mislabeling pasteurized almonds as "raw" should

be a crime against the farmer and the consumer.

The almonds are full of flavor, fresh crop.
